As a team, we decided to make the publication look like the album. We replaced Iggy Pop with a Lego head for the cover, inspired by other graphic artists who have re-imagined album covers, replacing the people in them with Legos. Instead of drawing Iggy Pop, we placed our lecturer on the cover, so she could also be a part of the publication. The book’s dimensions were that of a 12-inch record, and the typography is the same as the original design.

Right after the presentation by Ramuntcho Matta, our university class, split into two. Half of the class created a parody of the song Lust for Life and the other half created the publication. With the publication, we wanted the style throughout the emulate the original album cover. Each person as mentioned above, created their identity map, which showcased what influences their work. In addition, each person created a blank version of the map, as well as a description and guide that the viewer could use to help fill out the blank map.
